Notice is hereby given for a public hearing and meeting of the Freedom Township Zoning Board of Appeals on Thursday, August 5th at 7:30 PM at the Freedom Town Hall at 11508 Pleasant Lake Rd., Manchester, Mi 48158.
The purpose of the meeting is for consideration of a request for variance from the provisions of the Freedom Township Zoning Ordinance on the property of Howard Jr and Ann Poley located near 2900 Loeffler Rd. Chelsea, Mi. Tax code for this property is N-14-06-400-006. A variance is requested for a pole barn whereby the proposed site plan does not comply with rear and front yard setback requirements set forth in Article 3.04B of the Freedom Township Zoning Ordinance.
